Rick Radigan Contracting, Inc. was established in 1975. Our family
business is a full service, general contracting firm specializing in custom fine
home building. We have evolved over the years handling all aspects of
construction.
Our company has
a highly reputable team of experienced craftsmen. We give special attention to
every detail to ensure the results will create a beautiful and safe home.
We have
completed major renovations on numerous waterfront properties. They are located
on both the North and South shores of Long Island. In the past ten years we have
been hired by many homeowners to knock down an existing waterfront house and
build a custom home in its place.
Our clientele
has been predominately on the North Shore in the Oyster Bay and Huntington
townships. We have expanded to the North Fork and Shelter Island.
The word of
mouth recommendations from satisfied customers, architects and building
inspectors have aided in our longevity in the contracting field. Our goal is to
make our customers happy so they will come back to us for their future projects
and refer us to their friends and family. We can be reached at our Northport or
Shelter Island offices.
TESTIMONIALS:
"There are few things more personal than choosing someone to build or renovate
your home. It goes deeper than money although the money you pay is important. It
goes deeper than seeing the work this person did for someone else although
that’s important too. It’s about the feeling you get when you talk to this
person. So let me tell you what Rick Radigan told me when we first spoke about
my project.
He said that he
builds every home as if it was his own. He said that he wants his people to be
mindful about cleanliness on the job and respectful about our property. He said
we could talk to him about any concerns we had and that he would work our ideas
into the ‘plans’.
Over the course
of 18 months we came to trust Rick and all his workers. He came to know us and
our peculiarities. He warned me that I wouldn’t like a ‘cultured’ stone chimney.
In fact I had no idea that cultured meant fake and he was right. I used to think
that cultured stones were better educated than common stones, but I jest. We
went for real stone and that made all the difference.
To sum it up
this way, we got more than we paid for and a home that we simply love living in
and Rick Radigan made all the difference." -J.B.
"Thank you for
building a masterpiece for us to live in. The house is classically beautiful,
solid as a rock, and the workmanship in the smallest of details is a true
pleasure to live with. The design touches you suggested throughout, especially
the moldings, give the place a feeling of having been there for a hundred years,
and will be there hundreds of years from now." — K.M.
" I would like
to commend you and your staff for the great job (tending to every detail). Your
professionalism and courtesy was not only demonstrated by you but also by every
member of your working staff." — C.G.
"This letter
serves to acknowledge the outstanding job done by your organization at our newly
purchased house. Now, it is not only aesthetically beautiful but you have helped
to make it a home. The efficient manner with which you and your crew masterfully
made the renovations is greatly appreciated." — J.M.
